We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our products have an 18-month warranty. If there is any problem with the product, please feel free to contact us, and we will help you solve the problem.
We offer international shipping to many countries around the world, including, but not limited to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to Latin America.
Shipping charges for your order are free and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Most of our delivery timelines are between 10-21 calendar days for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chiragun Therapeutics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
